My name is Britt Brandon, and I am a Fit Mom of three wonderful kiddos (ages 7, 10, and 12). I had never been too involved in health and wellness until I had my first daughter 9 years ago; I wanted to be the best, not only for myself, but for her. I became so fascinated with the ease and simplicity of becoming healthy that I became a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist just so I could learn as much information about the body, exercise, nutrition, and how they all join together to create total health...and I wanted to be able to share this information with as many women as possible! In the process of my education of health and wellness, I became empowered and inspired and my drive to share this information grew stronger by the day! Knowing how easily healthy principles can be applied to anyone's life in order to achieve any goal imaginable was too exciting to keep to myself! After seeing and feeling the remarkable impact true fitness had on my own life, I knew I had to share the amazing experience with other people who wanted the same for themselves and could use this wealth of information to meet their own goals.
My qualifications as an effective Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist range from my specific certifications and training experience to my own personal experiences with losing weight, pregnancy, post-natal loss of baby-weight, and maintaining that weight-loss while being a super-busy working mom of three. I became certified through ISSA as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist (CFNS), and have had the pleasure of training clients of all ages (16-76!) with goals that ranged from broad-spectrum like losing weight and increasing strength, to far more specific like preparing for an IVF-qualifying physical...and training through the successful pregnancy that resulted!
I have had the amazing experience of three delightful pregnancies and can honestly say that my own personal success with each pregnancy (and getting fit quickly following each delivery!) was a direct result of my clean eating routine coupled with regular exercise. I am proud to say that I have added "published author" to my health professional resume, and am even happier to announce that I have just completed my sixteenth book on healthy living. The Everything Green Smoothies Book, The Everything Eating Clean Cookbook, What Color Is Your Smoothie?, The Everything Eating Clean Vegetarian Cookbook, The Everything Guide to Pregnancy Nutrition and Health, The Only Pregnancy Book You'll Ever Need, The Everything Healthy Green Drinks Book, 100 Uses for Apple Cider Vinegar to Boost Your Health and Wellness, Coconut Oil For Health, Ginger for Health, The Healthy Soup Cleanse Recipe Book, The Infused Water Recipe Book for Health, and Turmeric for Health, and Power Bowls for Health have been an absolute pleasure to write in these past four years, and I am excited to funnel all of the information I included in those books into my services as a writer whose only desire is to share the most up-to-date and effective information with those who need to add the elements of quality nutrition, regular exercise, and a positive health-minded focus to their busy days as busy women! Whether you need information about specific foods, certain exercises, or simple tips that make cooking healthy meals at home easy and fun, I am here to provide all of the information I've acquired throughout my own learning process and experiences to you so you can quickly and easily learn that same information and how to apply it to your own daily life seamlessly.
Thanks so much for visiting!
Healthfully Yours,
Britt
Hi, I recently got your Apple Cider Vinegar book, it's awesome! I have a question about the hair tonics. What would you say is the best way to apply them to the scalp?
ReplyDeleteI tried to make one last night, and it's just like putting water on your head, I wasted a lot of it just trying to get it on.
Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
The solution is a pure liquid, so I can understand how you would lose much of the mixture. If you'd like, you can blend the solution with thickening ingredients that add moisture such as avocadoes, bananas, or even greek yogurt. :)
